Black cherries, juicy plums, tangerines, vanilla and pipe tobacco, with hints of pepper, fresh figs and cinnamon. Bold flavors of red curry, cocoa powder, blackberries and smoked meats linger on the finish.

Method
Hand-picked, hand-sorted Tempranillo sourced mainly from Sugarloaf Vineyard in the Yakima Valley and a splash of Numeral Mountain Vineyard Tempranillo in Entiat, WA. Whole-berry fermented in several one-ton bins using a variety of yeasts to achieve a complexity of varietal character, mouthfeel and aroma. Aged for 20 months in 30% new American oak barrels from Seguin Moreau Cooperage.
