Our first Rhône-style red blend has aromas and flavors of blackberry pie, vanilla, blueberry, and raspberry jam. Pomegranate and gingersnap dance on the palate with hints of dried cranberry, citrus zest, dried herbs, clove, black pepper, and rosemary on the finish. The tannins are chalky, integrated, and offer wonderful depth and balance.

Cherry, dried figs, tobacco leaf, brown sugar, strawberry and dill. With hints of vanilla, cinnamon and black pepper. Grippy tannins with a smooth and savory finish and lingering flavors of molasses, cocoa powder and cayenne pepper.

Wild berries, plum, sweet tobacco, and fresh flowers on the nose. Bold and rich flavors of blueberry, blackberry, red plum sauce, and orange creamsicle, followed by hints of milk chocolate, sweet tobacco, toasted almonds, black pepper, and clove. A long and savory finish with fruity spice.

Through his perseverance & endless courage he showed how to live a truly happy & adventurous life. So in memory, we live our own lives to the fullest and with confidence that if we do it right, ONCE IS ENOUGH.
