Aromas of white peach, buttered popcorn, and pineapple. Tropical flavors of pineapple and coconut with tree fruit notes. Creamy texture with subtle hints of oak spice and minerality on the finish. Barrel-aged for 16 months in new French light toast oak and clarified naturally.
Aromas of white flower blossoms, melon, and citrus. Granny Smith apple, stone fruit, and honeycomb on the palate with a crisp, citrusy finish with pleasant minerality.
Aromas of ripe strawberry, passion fruit, and grapefruit with hints of melon and grass. Velvety on the palate with flavors of watermelon and strawberry with hints of zest followed by a minerally finish.
Our first vintage of Garnacha has aromas of red fruit, citrus, juniper, rosemary, and hints of black pepper.The palate is bright with tart red cherries, leather, and dried herbs, with notes of black pepper and orange zest--inspiring memories of eating Zots with your childhood friends (a fizzy candy made in Italy).
Aromas of bramble, dried fruit, and citrus with hints of fruit spice. The flavors are concentrated and true-to-nose. Robust in flavor with a delicate body and a floral bouquet.
Our 5th vintage of Tempranillo exhibits classic varietal aromas and flavors of black cherry, fig, leather, tobacco, and cedar with herbal notes. This full-bodied wine has chalky tannins and a long, peppery finish.
Bold aromas of blackberry bramble, black plum, and sweet tobacco followed by hints of black pepper, eucalyptus, and orange peel. A rich and vibrant palate with silky flavors of black cherry, blackberry sauce, semi-sweet chocolate, juicy citrus, and baking spices. The finish is long and peppery with lingering tannin structure.
Our first vintage of Merlot has aromas of dried cherry, plum, violets & back pepper with herbal notes. The texture is rich with pin-prickly tannin & flavors of ripe red fruit, baking spice, and bitter sweet chocolate. If you are in the dark and need a glowing light, our Majik Merlot will help you.
Our first vintage of Malbec has dark aromas of black plum, black pepper, and grape jelly, with hints of vanilla and graphite. The palate is juicy with ripe red plum, nectarine, and cranberry with a mouthwatering finish.
Our fourth vintage of Quinn has layers of intense aromas and flavors. Black cherry, plum, dried strawberries, pipe tobacco, cinnamon, and cola; followed by hints of spice cabinet, white pepper, and BBQ. Flavors of dried cranberries, bright cherry, and hints of dark strawberry on the palate. Grippy tannins lean into a lingering finish of fig and plum.
The nose is intensely fun with hints of Twizzler Nibs, spicy charcuterie, pipe tobacco & fresh roses.This mouth-watering beast is layered with flavors of raspberry jam, dried cranberries & cured meats. We named this wine after our friend, Jared, who was born with a debilitating heart condition that should have ended his life much sooner. But through his perseverance and endless courage he showed his friends how to live a truly happy and adventurous life. So in his memory, we live our own lives to the fullest and with confidence that if we do it right, ONCE IS ENOUGH.
Bold aromas of black cherry, blackberries, mocha, and black pepper, followed by silky flavors of black fruits, dark chocolate, coffee, and hints of pencil lead. The palate is weighty and smooth with dusty tannins and a long finish that reminds us of dark chocolate-covered cherries or cherry-filled pastry with a cup of rich coffee. We recommend cellaring this wine for a few years.
