Shipping Disclaimer
Shipping wine is dependent on weather. We do not like to ship wine when its 75 or higher, 30 or lower. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser. If you request to bypass a weather hold advisory, you accept full responsibility for the condition the wine arrives in and understand replacement bottles will not be given for damaged bottles. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For damages caused by common carriers, purchaser must submit claims for shipping charge reimbursement directly to the Carrier.
Returns
If your wine is flawed or damaged due to causes not related to transportation (e.g. cork taint), you may return the product for exchange or refund (except where prohibited by law).
Cancellations
