Black cherry, hazelnut, tobacco, and vanilla bean followed by notes of cabinet spice and eucalyptus. Bold flavors of black cherry, licorice, and fruit leather leading to savory flavors of chocolate mocha, vanilla, and black pepper on the finish.

Hand-sorted by our winemaker and his intern, a.k.a. Dad, this Horse Heaven Hills fruit was de-stemmed and whole-berry fermented in small bins. Aged in 100% new French oak barrels for 18 months, this 100% varietal Cabernet Sauvignon from Destiny Ridge Vineyard was bottled without fining or filtration, preserving the wisdom in every bottle.
