Our first vintage of Carménère has aromas and flavors of rich black plum, roasted peppers and fresh brewed coffee. Followed by flavors of blackberry, vanilla and green peppercorns. Spicy tannins and a rich mouthfeel lead to a lingering finish loaded with cayanne pepper and cocoa.
Wild blackberries, ripe red plum, black pepper, graphite and mocha. This full bodied wine has a rich mouthfeel with lively acids and big tannin structure. Hints of baking spice, cigar box and leather linger on the finish. Serve with a juicy grilled steak, burgers, leg of lamb, pork or duck roast & funky cheese like Roquefort.
Boysenberry, blackberry, black currant, black cherry and peppercorn, with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg, cacao nibs and star anise. Concentrated flavors of sweet tobacco, fruit leather, cayenne pepper, menthol, graphite and toffee on the finish. The tannins are smooth and integrated. Serve with filet mignon over Portobello mushrooms and balsamic glaze, dark chocolate and hard cheese like aged cheddar.
Black cherry, fresh baked cherry pie, and sweet cherry pipe tobacco - this wine is a Cherry Bomb! Layers of dried fig, fresh dill, baking spices, brown sugar, dried leaves, cigar box, volcanic rocks and orange zest. The finish is robust with roasted red pepper and savory leather. This wine is great for pairing with your favorite foods! We recommend serving with paella, burgers, rib-eye and roasted veggies, baked pasta dishes with red sauce or cheese like manchego.
