This Weekend Art in The Park Shoppers Discount

2023 Midsummer Festival

WOW we had a truly incredible weekend at our Midsummer Festival! Our hearts are so full! THANK YOU to everyone who joined us to make this event and wine release so special! The wine was delicious, the pairings were incredible and the music was sublime! Check out all the Photo Booth photos HERE. And if you haven’t tried the new Malbec, Tempranillo or Cabernet join us at the Tasting Room to sample these new wines.

Midsummer Festival + Summer Wine Club Release :: June 24th

You are happily invited to our 2023 Midsummer Festival + Summer Wine Club Release on Saturday, June 24th at our Winery at Horn Rapids! Join us as we celebrate the solstice with the release of 3 new wines, delicious small bite pairings and Live Music from Jamie Nasario! This 'open house' style party is one you won't want to miss and tickets are limited and ticket sales end Sunday June 18th so make sure to snag yours soon.

Ticket price includes 5 wines (2 oz pours), an appetizer pairing with each wine and a wine glass to take home. Wine Club Members will be able to pick up their Club Release at the event. Members who are unable to join us at the Festival can pick up their shipment and sample the new wines at the Tasting Room starting Sunday, June 25th. The Tasting Room will be closed Saturday June 24th for Midsummer.

Wine Club Members - We've Changed Systems!

HEY WINE CLUB MEMBERS!

We're excited to share we've launched a NEW Point of Sale and Wine Club Management System! This also includes our new website that will make it easier for you to manage your Longship Club Membership online and make purchases online!
 
With this transition, however, we need action from you in order for you to access your online account. Follow the steps below to reset your password to access your account. Once you sign in you will be able to manage your contact information, update credit card info, purchase wine and so much more. You’ll also use your online account to make any necessary changes to your Club Shipments prior to each release (stay tuned for details coming this week about the Summer Club Release). 
 
How to Access Your Online Account
1. On our new website, select the LOGIN button in the upper right corner. Then select FORGOT PASSWORD and enter the email address associated with your account (please use the email address you received this email on). You’ll receive an email to reset your password. DO NOT select Sign Up For An Account (this is for new Club Members joining). If your email address isn’t found, you can contact us through the contact box below.
 
2. After resetting your password you can now log in and access to your account! Here, you can easily update your contact information or credit card on file. You can also easily purchase wine and your Club Discounts will be automatically applied! YAY!
 
3. If there is more than one person on your membership (spouse, partner, ect) they will need to use the primary email address for the membership and the password you set up in order to access the online account or make purchases with the club discount online.
 
New Online Club Profile Features and Important Details
- You’ll be able to update your information in your online Club Profile including Credit Card, Shipping/Billing Information and you’ll be able to view and make changes to the seasonal Wine Club Releases (this will be available two weeks prior to the release).
 
- You’ll also be able to easily make online purchases (for pick up or shipping). Your Club Discount will automatically be applied to your order based on your club level. Club Discounts will be reflected when the items are added to your cart.
 
- Wine Club Releases :: Two weeks prior to a Club Release, you’ll receive an email about the wines in the shipment and you’ll be able to review your allocation and make any necessary changes. This email will be sent to the primary email on your account so please be aware if you have more than one person on your membership (spouse, partner, ect) you may need to share the upcoming club allocation information with them. Regular marketing emails for events, promotions, ect, will still continue to be sent to all email addresses on file who have opted in for emails.
 
- With this new system a date of birth is required for club membership. So your date of birth is most likely incorrect. After accessing your online account you can change this under My Profile. You can also check to make sure your information is correct. Any secondary emails that were on file in our past system will be added this coming week.
 
- The new website is pretty rad! On it, you can now find where Longship Wine and Thorax Meadworks is sold in Washington and Idaho. You’ll also be able to see all upcoming events and current wine and food menu. And new Club Members can sign up easily directly on the site!
 
- You will still need to contact us directly to make changes to your Membership (club level changes, on hold, cancelling, ect). If you need to make any changes you can contact us through the contact box below or physically at the Tasting Room.
We cannot tell you how thankful we are for each and every one our Wine Club Members! This journey of wine has been incredible and a little wild and we could not do it without your truly amazing support! Thank you for being such an important apart of our Longship Family!

Nacho Weekend :: May 5-7

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with us May 5-7 with NACHO WEEKEND! We'll be serving up our special nachos for you to enjoy with your favorite glass of Longship wine all weekend long! Salty tortilla chips topped with melted queso cheese, seasoned pulled chicken, zesty corn salsa, black beans, olives and limes (and they're Gluten Free). Life is always better with NACHOS!
