Black cherries, juicy plums, tangerines, vanilla and pipe tobacco, with hints of pepper, fresh figs and cinnamon. Bold flavors of red curry, cocoa powder, blackberries and smoked meats linger on the finish.
Roasted lamb, grilled lamb, lamb burgers, Prosciutto, Chorizo, Manchego cheese...think charcuterie boards.
