This Ginger Man was infused with fellow Walla Walla Valley-grown Grenache throughout barrel-aging, adding a touch of southern-rhone gaminess. Aged for 18 months in 20 percent new American oak and blended with a small dose of Horse Heaven Hills Syrah just before bottling.
