MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
Wine Club Releases happen early Summer + late Fall (Reserve Members receive an additional Reserve wine Release in early Spring). Each Club Release features brand new red wines made and selected by Kyle + Cassie. Wine Releases can be picked up at release events or at the Tasting Room after. Release wines must be picked up within 2 months of the release or will be shipped at the expense of the Club Member. Membership can be cancelled after receiving two Club Releases. Prices are subject to change. If you'd like to receive Whites/Rose in your Club Release please let us know. Members must be 21 years of age or older to join.

SHIPPING
We currently ship using UPS to WA, AK, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, ID, IA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NM, NY, NV, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA. Deliveries can only be made to a physical address, we cannot ship to a PO Box. An adult (21+) will need to be present to sign for UPS to deliver. Please Note, we ship only in favorable weather (when the highs are below 75º and the lows are above 30º). Orders made during hot or cold months will be held until weather permits for shipping.

Invader Club Release :: Summer 2024

We're excited to announce our 2024 Summer Wine Club Release + Midsummer Festival happening June 1st. Your Summer Club Release will include the NEW 2021 Lady Wolf Malbec, 2021 Invader Tempranillo, 2021 Only One Cinsault and 2021 Runestone Red Blend! These wines will be released at our Midsummer Festival on June 1st but we'll be shipping early to our Out of Town Members to ensure the wine travels in favorable weather. Find full details below.

OUT OF TOWN CLUB MEMBERS
Out of Town Club Members, please review your Summer Shipment below by Wednesday, May 1st. Your order will be processed May 2nd and shipped May 6th (unless other shipping arrangements have been made). We do ask that our Out of Town Members review and submit below to verify the shipping date (an adult 21+ will need to be home to sign for delivery). After reviewing your release, credit card info, shipping/pickup status please select Submit at the bottom of this page. If you would like to pick up your release please select Pickup at Winery in the Ship To section and select Submit. If you would like to add additional wines to your release or if you need to schedule shipping for a different time please contact us through the Notes section below, by email at wine@longshipcellars.com or by phone at 509.727.3015.

LOCAL CLUB MEMBERS
Local Club Members, you can edit your order now until Tuesday, May 28th. Your order will be processed May 29th. The wines will be released June 1st at the Midsummer Festival at the winery at Horn Rapids. The Festival is a ticketed event so make sure to purchase your tickets by Sunday May 26th; Tickets will be available for sale starting May 1st online and at the Tasting Room. If you join us for Midsummer your Release can be picked up at the Festival. Or you can pick up at the Tasting Room starting Sunday June 2nd (the Tasting Room will be closed Sat June 1st for Midsummer). Wines must be picked up by August 1st, 2024, wines not picked up within 60 days will be subject to shipping at the expense of the member.

Midsummer Festival :: June 1, 2024
The Summer Wines will be released June 1st at this year's Midsummer Festival at the winery at Horn Rapids. This is a ticketed event so make sure to purchase your tickets by Sunday May 26th. Tickets will be available for sale starting May 1st online and at the Tasting Room. If you join us for Midsummer your Release can be picked up at the Festival. Or you can pick up at the Tasting Room starting Sunday June 25th (the Tasting Room will be closed Sat June 24th for Midsummer).
