This Saturday July 8th we will release the 2016 “Luck Dragon” Chardonnay. Aged seven months in new French oak, our first Chardonnay underwent a 20% malolactic fermentation, adding a touch of buttery notes that balance perfectly with the tropical and stone fruit flavors and aromas. This wine is also unfiltered, which is extremely rare, but we feel adds depth and complexity.

This year we welcomed the summer solstice with our Midsummer Festival. And it was incredible! We had so much fun sharing our new wines, enjoying delicious food and being serinated by the sweet sounds of the Knutzen Brothers! Gourmet Grub Bus wowed our palets with dynamite food that paired with the Rose, Syrah and Tempranillo! We are beyond grateful for all the love and support!
We have been invited to host our first Winemaker dinner at one of our favorite local spots, Frost Me Sweet. The best part about it, aside from the fact that two local businesses are teaming up to blow your taste bud minds, the menu theme is Nordic, naturally....
